QUALITY CONTROL PERSONNEL
JOB DESCRIPTION
- Tests raw materials reliability / quality before usage.
- Monitors production operations to ensure that they meet required standards. Recommend adjustments to the production process.
- Inspect, test, or evaluate materials / products being produced, before, during or after production.
- Discuss inspection results with production manager and management where necessary.
- Monitors compliance of QC requirements at production unit.
RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Approves incoming raw materials that meets specifications, conduct visual / measurement test, and rejects substandard materials
- Uphold approved quality standard for finished products
- Continuously review quality control processes, procedures and competences in order to sustain the most cost effective and efficient methods for meeting quality requirements, as well as recommending most appropriate method for best result.
- Reviews QC requirements and ensure that quality control documentation for production meets standard requirements.
- Ensures color and quality consistency of product categories.
- Capable of handling on-the-job challenges.
- Takes responsibility of decisions linked job tasks.

QUALITY CONTROL REQUIREMENTS AND QUALIFICATIONS
- B.Sc degree or equivalent in industrial chemical or manufacturing engineering.
- Minimum of three years’ experience as quality control technician.
- Excellent computer skills, including MS Office and excel.
- Strong communication skills.
- Ability to write report.
